文中第一部分对近年来多普勒天气雷达在气象工作中的应用作了介绍，同时简单的罗列了反演雷达资料的各种变分方法；接下来在第二部分选取了几种国内外常用的反演方法，利用模拟的风场资料比较各种方法的优缺点，从模拟结果的精度、反演时间的长短、资料的分布结构上综合分析，最后决定将已做改进的准四维变分分析方法作为本文的反演工具；第三部分就是反演安徽合肥多普勒天气雷达资料，然后由反演得出的风场计算了各个时间各个层次的三维风速、流场、散度、涡度、螺旋度、水汽通量、水汽通量散度和位涡。
